Uniform Patrol

The Bal Harbour Police Department's Patrol Division is oriented toward the prevention of crimes and motor vehicle accidents, maintaining public order, and the discovery of hazardous situations, to ensure the safety of all who live, work and visit The Village of Bal Harbour.

The Patrol Division consists of 20 uniformed patrol officers which, includes motorcycle patrol and a K-9 handler. These officers routinely patrol the area, and are dispatched as needed to respond to 911 emergency calls.

You can easily identify BHPD patrol officers by their uniforms:

Navy Blue shirt / Navy blue pants: Cruiser
White shirt  / Navy blue pants: Motorcycle / Marine
Blue shirt /  Navy blue shorts: Beach Patrol
Gray shirt / Navy blue pants & K-9: K-9 Patrol
