Captain Leo Quinn

Captain Leo Quinn began his career with the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Detention 1992. He came to the Bal Harbour Police Department in May of 1994 after working nights as a Detention Deputy and attending Palm Beach Community College during the day to obtain his Police Officer Certification.

He served the Bal Harbour Police Department as a Detective for many years and was later detached to  The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (D.E.A.) as a Task Force Officer. While with the D.E.A, Captain Quinn received his certification in Clandestine Laboratory Investigations, where he learned to dismantle dangerous Methamphetamine laboratories and conduct tactical entries. .... Captain Gregory RoyeCaptain Gregory Roye 

Captain Gregory Roye began his career with the Bal Harbour Police Department in 1991.  He was quickly promoted to a supervisory position in 1993, and now serves as the Criminal Investigations Captain.  Captain Roye oversees the Department’s General Investigations Unit, Vice Intelligence-Narcotics Unit and also serves as the Department’s Public Information Officer.

Captain Roye also commands a multi-agency narcotics and money laundering task force. The task force consists of 12 investigators from 4 local police....  CLICK FOR MORE


Captain Michael Daddario

md.jpgCaptain Michael Daddario began his career in the NYPD Police Academy in 1984. He came to us from the NYC Housing Police Department in Oct. of 1989, where he had worked for 5 years patrolling the neighborhoods of the Bronx.

He has served the Bal Harbour Police Department in a number of capacities including: Bicycle patrol, Field Training Officer, Jet Ski patrol, Off Duty Coordinator and most notably as the Dade County Police Benevolent Association’s Bal Harbour representative. He served in that role for 15 years and represented the officers in numerous labor negotiations.... CLICK FOR MORE

Lt. Chuck Merrill began his career with the Bal Harbour Police Department at the age of 19 as one of the Village's first Public Service Aids. Soon after he became a Patrol officer, and after a few years of service, was promoted to the rank of Corporal a supervisory position.... CLICK FOR MORE
